Culinary Adventure Package
Experience a full farm to table culinary journey!
Monday:
Enjoy an early check-in at 1pm.
Upon arrival receive a complimentary bottle of wine from RoxyAnn winery.
Between 2pm and 4pm visit RoxyAnn winery located on the sunny hills of Medford. Your visit includes a half an hour tour of the Hillcrest Orchard & the Dunbar Farms – learn about the sustainable farming from a friendly and informative staff. For vacationers and locals alike, this is an opportunity to get an insider’s feel for the plants, earth, and natural wonders southern Oregon has to offer. Following your tour step into the historic Hillcrest Barn (recently converted to a state of the art tasting room with a demo kitchen). A wine tasting, followed by a cooking demonstration & tasting presented by Larks restaurant chef will be the culmination of your visit. Fresh farm produce will be utilized in the cooking!
Back at the hotel join us for dinner at Larks-Home Kitchen Cuisine restaurant – a $50.00 dinner voucher is part of your Culinary Adventure Package. Larks restaurant utilizes what’s in season and brings it right to your table. Taste the difference!
Tuesday:
Enjoy an expanded continental breakfast served from 7am till 10am.
Optional:
Customize your stay and visit Ashland Farmer’s Market open 8am till 1pm at the Ashland Armory located near downtown Ashland.
Other culinary destinations worth visiting include: Rising Sun Farms, SOS Pear Station, Harry & David Country Village, Lillie Belle Farms – chocolate factory, Rogue Creamery, Silly Rabbit Chocolate Co., Dagoba Organic Chocolates, Gary West Smoked Meats, Butte Creek Mill, as well as over 20 Rogue Valley & Applegate Valley wineries, all located within an hour drive from the Ashland Springs Hotel.
