Come join Dina in celebration of the Oregon Chocolate Festival, as she demonstrates her skills in chocolate tempering, sculpture and decorating.

Sunday, March 7th

Chef Jeff Zydel teaches participants how to make the following recipes:
- Mexican Hot Chocolate,
- Chicken Mole,
- Chocolate Soufflé with Warm Fudge Sauce,
- Tuxedo Chocolate Dipped Strawberries.
