5th annual Oregon Chocolate Festival Results
March 6th - 8th, 2009
Chocolate lovers disregard recession!
Chocoholics young and old did not disappoint and flooded Ashland the weekend of March 7th and 8th, 2009. The 5th annual Oregon Chocolate Festival turned out to be a very appealing event and welcomed approximately 1,000 visitors! The First Friday Chocolate & Art Walk organized by the Ashland Gallery Association was a great prelude to the weekend long chocolate extravaganza. Many people stopped by the Ashland Springs Hotel lobby to see the all-chocolate 200lb sculpture of a coral reef created by Jeff Shepherd from Lillie Belle Farms. Others enjoyed a wonderful three-course Chocolate Makers Dinner created by Larks Executive Chef Damon Jones.
Congratulations to all festival winners!
